Q: How long is the tour?

The tour picks up from the downtown ferry pier and Paradise Beach and lasts about 5 hours, including approximately 45 minutes at each snorkeling spot and 1 hour on the beach.

Q: What does the tour include?

The Tour includes, snorkel equipment, guides, beer, margaritas (after snorkeling), sodas and purified water. On the beach: kayaks, floating sun mats, hammocks, volleyball, waterpark, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs and a delicious Black Angus cheeseburger.

Q: Where does the tour go?

After picking you up from the downtown ferry pier or Paradise Beach, we take you snorkeling on a guided reef tour on Cozumel’s southwest coast. We go to two reefs including internationally acclaimed Cielito and Palancar Reef. Next, you ride the waves to the Fury’s exclusive white sand beach.

Q: What should I bring?

Environmentally safe sunscreen, towel, bathing suit, camera, and a big smile. Extra money for the $2.50 USD marine park fee and souvenir shopping. There will be professional photographs for sale.

Q; Are there any age limits?

The tour is designed for all ages, but parents and guardians are responsible for their children. Due to limited access, we do not recommend the tour for wheelchair users. If you have any further questions please contact us for advice.

Q: Are life vests available?

Yes, the life vest is part of the snorkeling equipment included.

Q: How can I get to Cozumel from Cancun and/or Playa del Carmen?

Almost everyone travels from Cancun south to Playa del Carmen by bus/car, +/- 1 hour drive. Buses are +/- 8 USD/pax. Once in Playa del Carmen, go to the ferry pier, boats depart almost every hour from 7 am to 10 pm every day. +/- 45 minutes boat ride (a/c, luxury ferry boats). We will pick you up on that same Cozumel ferry pier.

Q: Where do the tours depart/operate?

Our tour departs from two different locations in Cozumel. When you go to book the tour, our secure online booking system will let you know the schedule and departing locations.

Q: Are there any refunds if the tour is canceled?

Yes, a full refund applies when the tour is canceled. We credit the card used to purchase the tour.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

Please visit our Booking Your Tour page to find your Cruise line to see your booking options. Norwegian, Princess, Disney, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean cruise lines give you the option to book direct via Fury’s booking system or via the cruise lines. All other cruise line tours need to be booked via your Cruise line. If you book directly on our web page, please remember to bring your boarding pass and check with your shore excursion managers for any updated departure times for your tour.
