    • Children under 12 years old who are taller than 4 ft 7 in (1.40 m) must also present a valid ID to verify their age.
    • Transportation from Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya is included only if you add it at the time of purchase.
    • Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days before the original arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable. Any change to the visit date may be subject to rate adjustments.
    • Date changes are not allowed on the same day as your visit.

    • The only official ID accepted for international visitors is a valid passport. Mexican visitors may present a voter ID (INE/IFE), FM2/FM3 immigration document, or a passport. For children, acceptable forms of ID include a CURP document, a school ID with photo, or a vaccination record. The document must be presented in its original physical form; digital versions will not be accepted.
